| Lodge |
The lodge is an old farmhouse dating back to the days of cheesecloth
wallpaper and latt-board siding. The master bedroom, downstairs
family style bedroom and the upstairs bunkroom can accommodate 14
overnight guests. Two indoor full baths and a large modern kitchen
will accommodate any size function with ease. Double ovens, electric
stove top, and multiple grills make preparing meals convenient with a
feeling of being at home.
The living area is furnished with plush couches and leather chairs.
There is room for games, puzzles, lounging with a good book or having
an afternoon nap. Artwork, sentimental heirlooms and game mounted
on the walls make for wonderful stories. Don't forget to read and sign
the guest book.

capacity for functions as well as providing a retreat for those who would
like to sit out and enjoy mother nature. On a clear night, the Dallas
skyline can be seen on the northern horizon without taking away from
the starscape. Coffee tastes better in the company of mother nature; it

The Game Room at the Grasshopper is the center point of ranch
recreation. This facility sports dart boards, washer tables, poker
tables and a billiards table.
The comfortable atmosphere is an ideal place to kick off your
boots and relax after time in the field. The refreshment cooler can
be stocked with beverages of your choice. The large concrete
patio in the front extends the entertainment area by 100% and
creates a great spot for feeding and entertaining large groups.
The smooth finish is ideal for dancing for anyone inclined to do so.
Included in this building is an out of the weather cleaning station
for hunters on those most frigid of days. Also offered through
here are skeet events, fishing equipment, hunting supplies, and

The Party Barn is the newest addition to our ranch facilities. This
2000 square foot barn has a concrete floor suitable for dining or
dancing. The barn is a great location for large parties, wedding
receptions, family reunions, corporate events, and even musical
concerts! The casual decor lends itself to many different styled
events. The barn has two restrooms for convenience and we can
supply any and all necessary party supplies for your function. More

Combine Park

The Combine Park is a scenic outdoor location for small and large
groups alike. If you are looking to cozy around a campfire or beat the
Texas heat with a swim, the Combine Park is a location you will want to
visit.
It features a stone patio with stone benches and a 4 foot stone fire pit
built for your enjoyment. A 600 square foot partially covered dock with
a diving platform and water slide is ready for swimming, tanning,
fishing, and picnicking. Two steel bridges and a stone sidewalk carry
you over the "Bait Tank" to an additional patio secluded from the
campfire or splashing.
A sand pit and recreation area for the kids are also located at the
park. This is the place for those company picnics or family reunions.
